FREE TRIAL

OtherPeoplesPixels™ Service requires that you open an account with us to use our free trial. During the free trial registration, we require a name and email address. We use this information to generate a subdomain, login and temporary password for you. After completing our registration form, you will receive a welcome email to the billing email address you provided describing your new OtherPeoplesPixels account, and how to access that account.

ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION

If you choose to continue service via a paid account, we will additionally ask for a mailing address and payment information via Braintree Payments or PayPal. We will assign you an account number. We will use the information you provide about yourself when opening an account with us only to complete that process and facilitate the services offered by OtherPeoplesPixels.com. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to facilitate your account with us. This can include, but is not limited to, registering a domain name or creating an email mailbox with third party providers.

CHANGING INFORMATION

All of the information that relates to your account with us can be changed at your discretion. You may use your account to adjust your information at any time and we encourage you to keep your information up to date so that your customer service requests and billing processes operate efficiently. To change your account name, send an email to support@otherpeoplespixels.com.

REMOVING INFORMATION

When you cancel your account with us, we preserve your account information unless you explicitly request otherwise. We use this information only to facilitate your account with us should you decide to resubscribe. We do not use it for any other purpose.

OtherPeoplesPixels™ collects the aforementioned personally identifiable information in order to provide you with a service that allows you to maintain an online presence. Various features in our service will, at your discretion, display your name, contact information or any other information you choose to post on your website.

OtherPeoplesPixels™ also uses information collected through its service strictly to send out notifications regarding service related issues (such as maintenance periods, billing problems, account expirations, and anything else that may impact the service we provide you).

OPP is not responsible for any loss of privacy to you, or your visitors. OPP is not responsible for any data or information transmitted through these features.

If you voluntarily choose to utilize the Share function of the Service, you are agreeing to AddtoAny's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions as to what these corporations do with your information, please contact them directly. OPP has no knowledge of their Privacy Policies or information practices.

Customer Information Regarding Electronic Payments

Limited information is supplied to deeperbydesign, inc. through OtherPeoplesPixels.com in the event of a transaction with us. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, IP Address, telephone number, mailing address and email address. This information is not sold or distributed to third parties.

Electronic payments and subscriptions are processed through Braintree Payments or PayPal.com. Credit card and bank account information is collected solely by Braintree Payments or PayPal to securely process the order, and is not accessible to OtherPeoplesPixels.com.

By choosing to pay electronically, you will submit your billing information to Braintree Payments or PayPal.com. We use your OPP account number to help us process payment with the information stored with Braintree Payments. Other than a subscription number, and the email address you provide to PayPal, we do not store or have access to any other information you provide to these payment processing services. We retain a record of payment errors for debugging purposes.

In the very unlikely event of a security compromise, deeperbydesign, inc. shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred. Because no financial information is held by deeperbydesign, inc. (OtherPeoplesPixels.com), the likelihood of a security compromise resulting in personal damages is very slight.

We are not liable for any type of damages to you resulting from any breaches in data security Braintree Payments or PayPal may encounter.

When you cancel your account with us, we request that the card stored for your account is deleted from our account with Braintree. We retain transaction history for the card you use for payments for your account with us.

Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protected against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction to our data. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. This may include but is not limited to internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to any information provided by you to deeperbydesign, inc. employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Communications with OtherPeoplesPixels and Support

We use the billing email address you provide us with to send you payment reminder emails, cancelation notices, and any other communication required to provide you with our service. We do not use it for any purpose other than to maintain or access your account with us.

If you initiate a customer support request to us, we use the return email address and/or billing email addresses you provide to answer the email we receive from you. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties.

Log Files

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring and/or exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
