You can Edit or Delete each Link you've listed on your Links page, by going to Manage Link Entries in your Control Panel. You can add a link as well, by clicking on '+ Add a Link to your Website', below all of the existing link entries.

You can also reorder your links by dragging and dropping them into the order you prefer. Just move your cursor over the link you wish to move. Click on it and drag it to where you'd like it to be, then release it – and click Update when you're done. These changes are saved automatically. Voila!
