Please keep in mind a few things:

• If you have an OPP-run email inbox, its contents CANNOT be transferred over from the old domain name. If you decide to change to a new domain, your inbox will start over from scratch. Make sure to get any important info (emails and contacts) from the old mailbox before having us switch.

• If we purchased your original domain for you, please let us know if you would like us to transfer the original/old domain into your name and management, so that web traffic and email from the old domain can continue to be forwarded to you until the old domain's natural expiration date. If you'd like the forward to continue past that date, you will have to take control of the domain so that you can remain in control of the domain registration.

• If you decide you do want to change your domain, you can look up available domains at NameCheap. There is a fee for us to purchase a new domain for you if we have already purchased a domain for you in the past.

Sure! You can buy the domain of your choice, from the registrar of your choice. Just as an FYI, domains should not cost more than $10-15 a year. Remember that hosting costs are included in your OPP flat fee, so you do not need to purchase hosting from anyone else.
