There are two main factors that can cause your uploads to be slow:

• You are on a slow Internet connection (dialup/modem)
• Your Images, Videos, or Sound files are very large

If you are experiencing long upload times or on on a slow/dial-up connection:

• When uploading Images, the best thing you can do in either case is to upload smaller versions of your Image.
• No matter what size image you upload, our system will scale it to the correct size for your website.
• Uploading images larger than 2520×1220 (the size needed to utilize our Zoom feature) will make things slower.
